French Farmhouse Vacations have three properties La Rose , Jasmin and Mimosa .

La Rose and Jasmin are similar in size and character, Mimosa is the largest property.

They share the use of a large pool. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday or for families who wish to travel together and have their own accommodation.

La Rose was used as the owner’s home, so the interior is decorated to a high standard incorporating the natural character of stone walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The furniture has been selected to integrate a feeling of comfort and period style, combined with modern facilities. The double bedroom is light and airy with its own ensuite bathroom. The pretty twin has an adjacent bathroom with bath, shower and a toilet . The lounge has comfortable leather sofa and armchairs, character pine furniture, flat screen TV with English programmes, stereo  and WIFI. The kitchen has a large fireplace with wood burning stove, practical kitchen area with washing machine, dish washer , gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Good local services and restaurants are available in the nearby villages. Beautiful walks and cycling trips are to be found along the banks of the river Garonne and the Canal.

Jasmin is a lovely restored house in the same garden but not overlooking La Rose. This has a typical farmhouse kitchen with modern amenities open on to a large terrace with views towards the pool. There is a comfortable lounge with English satellite TV and DVD player. A convertible sofa bed is available in the lounge should 6 people wish to occupy this house

On the second floor are two bedrooms a twin and a double, both with their own ensuite   bathrooms. The twin has French doors opening onto an upper terrace.

Mimosa is the largest property of the three, it is south facing overlooking a gorgeous , large private garden. The owners have decorated this property to incorporate it’s natural character of high stone walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors.  It has a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious lounge.  It has a comfortable double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two connecting twin rooms with their own shower room and  separate toilet.

All three houses have shady terraces, large areas of lawned garden for active children to play and run around.

Private parking next to the houses is provided.

The houses have fridge/freezers, washing machines, dish washers and a micro waves. They come fully equipped for 6 people, bedding and house towels are provide.

We recommend you to bring towels to use at the pool.

Bicycles are available for rent for a small charge on site.

Information concerning Canoeing, Canal Boating, Chateau Visits, Wine Tasting ,restaurants etc will be provide by the owners.
